A spin-off of the University of Seville, TEAMS S.L. is a Nadcap accredited, specialist provider of Destructive 和 Non Destructive materials 和 component testing services. Located at the 航空航天 技术 Park of Andalusia, Aeropolis, in the epicentre of the Andalusian aerospace industry, TEAMS is one of the few la拉博拉tories in 欧洲 with the capacity 和 approval to carry out testing of major components for the aerospace sector 和 is a Tier 1 supplier to Airbus.

The transaction is expected to be concluded by the end of March 2017.
